• Manage weekly and bi-weekly payroll for exempt and non-exempt associates for numerous site locations, ensuring that weekly processing deadlines are met.• Experience with union and non-union policies and environments.• Utilize ADP systems to process payroll, generate reports and to make updates to time tracking systems. • Interface with HR Managers at various sites to research and resolve payroll discrepancies/issues and contract interpretation along with follow-up to ensure issues have been resolved and contracts being followed.• Provide guidance and customer service support to associates and co-workers.• Responsible to review time cards, payroll vouchers and data entry to validate accuracy.
