If we want to improve engagement, retention, performance, productivity and wellbeing we must be informed by the latest science and be guided by evidence based psychology to learn, grow, innovate and adapt the way we work. As a Coaching Psychologist my role is to help understand the needs of individuals and organisations then provide a scientific lens enabling them to flourish.There has been a shift towards recognising the importance of thinking differently in the way we use OD and L&D strategies. Equally, managers now need to inspire, lead, coach and mentor, not just supervise. By leaning on the science of positive and coaching psychology we can improve the way people work and experience life, this not only benefits the individual but is the foundation of high performing teams, engaged workplaces and flourishing communities. It also effects the bottom line.As an expert in workplace psychology and mental health, I have worked with organisations to help drive leadership, performance, mental health and wellbeing practices and policies. I work both in a one on one capacity providing onsite counselling and coaching, as well as develop and deliver workshops and training based on organisationals needs. I have worked to create workplace communities where individuals matter and people feel confident, competent and cared for through coaching, the design and development of workplace programs, mental health initiatives and the engaging facilitation of keynotes, workshops and training.I come alive when I can help others be their best self, love what they do and thrive.

As a manager in the Solution Development team, Danielle was responsible for overseeing and developing a series of short, interactive, psychologically framed bite sized workshops in the areas of personal effectiveness, team building, relationship development and self awareness using the latest science of psychology.Danielle lead and developed large scale bespoke programmes for client specific challenges in the areas of performance, graduate development, talent management, team building, leadership, productivity, change, restructure, sales, engagement and work/life balance. She was also a regular facilitator of workshops, individual coaching sessions, and the delivery of learning academies in the UK and Europe. She was responsible for the development of psychological diagnostics, online tools for assessment, profiling and action learning sets. And, developed a range of return on investment tools to implement in large organisations following a behaviour change program.

Development and facilitation of assessment centres. Responsible for the creation of assessment items including role plays, in tray exercises and simulations. Assessment, interpretation and feedback on psychometric tests including personality, ability and intelligence assessments from (ACER, APP, SHL, Harcourt).Graduate selection and co-ordination for assessment centre attendance: Responsible for interviewing and assessing Graduates for selection.Competency profiling and competency matrix development. Responsible for creating profiles and competency matrix's for large scale organisations and using these for assessment and development.Presentation and facilitation of workshops and conferences.
