Provide administrative support, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, order all office supplies and shop supplies, provide important details to potential clients, collect and manage all customer details, document, maintain and renew all safety certifications, maintain and organize all equipment MTR's, assist in collecting payroll hours as well as customer hours, manage employee records and maintain HR database, assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, coordinate employee benefits and insurance programs, record all employee PTO, assist in tracking profit and loss reports

Administrative and HR duties for multiple Papa John’s locations (we currently oversee 210 stores). Process all child supports and garnishments as well as manage all the Workers Comp claims and Unemployment claims. Run all MVR’s for our new drivers and confirm backgrounds fit our company standards. Conduct monthly check audits for all payroll processing.

Answered current customer calls and would attempt to set them up with either a technician to fix their current equipment or send out a sales representative to talk to them about the perks of buying new.
