Executes overall management of PowerMarket’s 550 MW of operational assets, comprising 36+ client asset owners, 16+ electric utilities, and both community solar and fuel cell projects. Oversees 7-9 staff members with various operational duties, including account/client management, subscriber acquisition, and general analysis. Serves as the client portfolio manager for 240 MW of community solar and fuel cell assets. Represents PowerMarket on policy-related matters as they relate to community solar, including coordination with state departments of public utilities (e.g., NYS DPS, MA DPU), participation on working groups (e.g., IL Consumer Protection, NYS Billing & Crediting), and general advocacy to utilities on behalf of our clients

Supported a variety of due diligence and Independent Engineering projects on solar and energy storage projects around the world. Provided services for renewable energy system owners, financiers, and offtakers, with specific expertise in renewable energy contract review and negotiation. Supported development and/or acquisition of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems ranging from 5kW to 190MW, including commercial/industrial, utility-scale, community shared solar, and Solarize installations. Ensured that clients understand the benefits and risks of solar and/or energy storage. Provided energy and environmental consulting services to state and local governments, as well as private-sector clients. Provided solar procurement technical assistance services to several municipalities pursing solar photovoltaic (PV), community shared solar, and solar aggregation projects. As part of these services, supported clients at stakeholder meetings to convey the benefits and risks of solar PV with respect to finances, solar policy, technical specifications, and more. Analyzed claims against state petroleum storage tank funds and determines whether charges claimed are technically and financially eligible according to state regulations and agency policies. Corresponds directly with claimants and consultants concerning claims. Interpreted reports provided to the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection.
