Also responsible for arranging interviews, obtaining feedback and liaising with clients. Also responsible for general admin for the office and responding to tax, holiday and payroll queries.Priority.

• To act as a Role Model to ensure the team deliver a consistent level of Customer Service. This then ensured the shopping experience will always delight the Customer.
• To contribute to the achievement of store KPI’s by driving sales and service on the shop floor.
• Effectively use the store Business Plan, analyse Company reports & take commercial actions to address poor performing areas/categories.
• To Motivate and lead the team to deliver KPI’s, provide constructive feedback to individuals on their performance and to Also take responsibility for ensuring the team are up to date with new products
• Ensure product availability for the Customer through an effective BOH operation: Regular replenishment of the shop floor, effective delivery process.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping and VM standards ensuring implementation of commercial floor moves.
