I've earned a reputation for going above and beyond with innovative problem solving, strong critical thinking and communication skills. I believe in consistency and transparency as tools to build and maintain trust with community partners and co-workers. I try to understand situations holistically and approach results from every possible angle. I have demonstrated experience in communications, relationship building, risk assessment and management, strategic planning, digital marketing, brand development, social media management, market analysis and inclusion initiatives. I also love to volunteer and be involved in my community. I'm a member of the KW Athlete of the Year Committee and served on the local organizing committee for the Canada Soccer Toyota National Championships U15 Cup that was held in Waterloo Region in 2023. On the weekends, you can find me coaching youth sports, cheering on my favorite sports teams, traveling and spending time making memories with my family.
