I instructed group exercise classes for mothers (who had their kids in strollers) and built a warm and engaging community for these mothers by organizing social and charity events.About FIT4MOM:FIT4MOM is the world's largest fitness program for new mom’s with over 1,300 locations nationwide. The classes are a great workout, but they are also a great support system for moms. The classes offer support through motherhood.

I was the project manager for $20 million HEAL NY Grant Program, including 60 institutaionl participants (hospitals, long term medical care, mental health providers, and physician groups). I liaised and problem solved with technology teams to prioritize new product roll outs, upgrades, and maintenance of existing platforms to meet customer and grant requirements. I managed a team of four project managers assisting hospitals and physicians in adoption of electronic medical records and Meaningful Use as part of the Federal Regional Extension Center. I was the project manager for merger between LIPIX, Inc. and NYCLIX, Inc., two non-profit regional health information exchanges. My most recent position (2005 – 2008 Americas Special Situations Group, Fixed Income Currency and Commodities Division): I coordinated the development and execution of highly structured proprietary transactions involving foreign exchange and other derivatives, multiple jurisdictions, and tax and accounting principles. I implemented the use of SharePoint, a web-based information and document management tool, thereby improving maintenance and communication of complex structures throughout the firm. I liaised with Technology and Strategists to ensure effective daily support and appropriate project rollouts. I worked closely with external and internal Tax and Corporate Counsel, Compliance, Controllers, Strategists, Treasury, Technology and Operations to facilitate the structuring and on-going management of transactions. I managed the firm’s internal approval process by drafting approval memos, attending senior management committee meetings, and responding to senior members’ questions and concerns.(2003 – 2005 Foreign Exchange and Derivative Prime Brokerage, Equities Division): I managed cross-product technology improvements in the web-portal, monthly statements, and internal trading and operational systems by coordinating with the multiple technology and cross-divisional teams on priorities, time-lines, and end-user requirements. I acted as the Primary Client Representative to multiple hedge funds, including the group’s highest revenue generator, developing client relationships and prioritizing business initiatives. I coordinated new client “on-boarding” processes such as fee negotiation, legal documentation, Credit and Compliance approval, and web-portal instruction.(2002 – 2003 Foreign Exchange Operations, Global Operations Division): I facilitated trade processing and systems reconciliation throughout entire operational trade flow by problem solving and real-time troubleshooting while working closely with the IT division.
