Manage team of 10 (6 Collectors/3 Cash Applicators)• Monthly audit of team members to ensure compliance with policies and procedures• Manage $182mm portfolio to continue to reduce > 90 days past due balance• Identify and work with internal and external customers to remove barriers to payment with focus on root cause resolution.• Act as secondary escalation point for collectors on specific assigned accounts in the Top 25• Review and approve late fees and identify accounts for credit hold• Evaluate cash application process and make recommendations for changes to streamline and eliminate unnecessary steps• Month End Reporting and Reconciliation• Systems Used: JD Edwards/JP Morgan/Lotus Notes/DAISI/CASE/ePlan/AS40

Process cash applications for (3) groups which include JP Morgan Main and Foreign accounts and HSBC Foreign account using JD Edwards/E1 system. Daily/weekly/monthly Cash Posting Reports that balance to the general ledger.
