Create and implement a cohesive giving strategy to support the organization’s rollout of CalAIM, the state’s Medi-Cal expansion program. Manage a $100M community grants portfolio. Ensure investments increase the integration of new community supports services into the existing continuum and increase overall utilization of services designed to address social determinants of health. Design and facilitate the roll-out of community partnerships and programs that address gaps in services to populations of focus, such as those experiencing homelessness, justice-involved individuals, older adults, and others.

Managed a team of professionals to sustain and grow the budget from $4M to $13M over six years, inclusive of a multi-million dollar grant portfolio. Conceptualized and implemented a communications and public relations function that propelled the organization and its CEO to greater recognition with a stronger reputation.
