Wholesale Coordinator

• Promptly meet and greet service customers in a friendly and courteous manner• Properly, thoroughly, and legibly write internal/customer repair orders for the categories of work designated by management/client• Carefully inspect every finished repair order for proper completion, pricing, accuracy, and legibility.• Operate key bank and stock in/delete customer/sales vehicles as needed• Inspect vehicles for damage before entering technician shop (walk-around)• Wash and clean customer vehicles if needed• Filing customer service work orders. (organize filing room consistently, rearranged and organized all filing and filing cabinets)• Coordinate shuttles, loaners or rentals for service or sales clients• Preparing all BMW loaners for the day, ensuring vehicles are washed, cleaned, fueled and walk -rounds are completed• Arranging sublet repairs with outside vendors.• Book service appointments for clients (Using Reynolds and Reynolds ERA system)• Input data in excel for tracking of service appointments/fuel slips/sublet invoices• Write up safety certificates as requested• Coordinate to have vehicles emission tested as requested• Current worker member of the Health & Safety Committee• Perform monthly safety inspections• Perform other specific administrative functions as directed by service management• Organize food arrangements for dealership meetings as requested.• Cover reception duties as required
