My tasks include conceptualising, leading and executing projects on resources development and presentations to assist teachers in developing a deeper understanding ways to implement (teach and assess) the Australian Curriculum. I also conduct research to enable improvements to the suite of 21st century skills (general capabilities). Moreover, I am responsible for overseeing the review and revision of improvements as part of the national curriculum refinement process. I consistently ensure that processes are aligned with organisational needs as well as compliant with relevant system initiatives, legislation, policies and procedures. During my tenure, I have successfully completed and published major projects, including the development of the Career Education resource as part of the National Career Education Initiative.
