I am a very friendly and outgoing person, I was the kitchen manager at Lloyds Bar (Wetherspoons) within the Omni Centre, I thoroughly enjoyed my job because I loved the adrenaline of working in a high pressured environment cooking food.However I have spent a wonderful 10 years with this company, and climbed to the top of my field in this industry, And decided I was ready to move on and try new challenges, and a different career path.I have a huge passion for fitness, I made a hard decision to demote myself and move companies to Greeneking and work there part time as a kitchen supervisor, I completed my level 2 and level 3 personal training courses and decided to become a personal trainer part time, and freelance based in east Lothian, so I currently do both, I'm always looking to improve and always learning there so much information out there I am diligent, very committed and an ambitious individual with a track record of meeting set targets the company has asked, and broken food record volumes on a yearly basis. Also a very Enthusiastic, professional and a highly persuasive individual, with a history of leading small to medium teams to meet sales targets whilst keeping costs within budget.I am very motivated team player, with a career history that demonstrates loyalty and progression with employers.
