My responsibilities include negotiating and drafting vendor contracts, managing legal regulatory, reputational and compliance risk, collaborating with various business units to ensure customer agreements and vendor agreements reflect the Bank's strategic objectives, corresponding with regulators and advising on privacy and data protection regulations.

My practice included Civil Litigation and Dispute Resolution; Commercial & Corporate Transactions; Employment Law, Family Law and Intellectual Property and Copyright Law. I appeared as counsel in both the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal and represented several major local insurance companies and overseas re-insurers in property, personal injury and commercial claims. I also rendered general advice, guidance and support on regulatory and statutory requirements and the management of operational risk to a number of large private companies including credit unions, hotels, manufacturers and sporting bodies.
