• Entering all purchase orders and revisions into the selected program
• Entering, maintaining and submitting Letter of Credit payment summaries for all international vendors as well as preparing wire transfer payments for select vendors
• Distributing daily packages to associate buyers and team, handling all domestic and international courier invoice
• Creating and maintaining layouts in Excel highlighting seasonal buys, as well as maintaining photography of all products
• Liaise and maintain relations with our International Sourcing office and vendors on a daily basis
• Attending all buying meetings in buyer absence

• Entering all purchase orders into the selected program, PO revisions and entering data into a payment system
• Executing three major reports each week including the data of top selling merchandise, category subtotals and overall comparison of last year and planned sales.
• Researching, booking and checking in for all domestic and international flights, as well as hotel and car rental booking.
• Applying for any travel requirements including working visas
• Prepare and submit travel and sample expense forms, research all store directions, various photocopying, prepare catering for executive meetings and organizing all appointments
