• Creates, manages and implements all visual merchandising strategies for S’well Bottle’s wholesale & specialty accounts.• Develops visual merchandising guidelines, seasonal concept roll outs & point of purchase signage to ensure excellence in in- store visual execution.• Builds strong relationships with corporate partners & retailer community by regularly visiting key US retailers and ensuring proper implementation of all visual strategies.• Designs & manages development of all S’well customer facing activations, tradeshow booths & retail floor fixtures. • Collaborates with our corporate office to create visual merchandising directives for the NYC region.• Partners with the Regional Visual Manager to oversee and manage the roll-out of product placement, store fixturelayouts, and visual displays for the 6 stores in the NYC region.• Leads, mentors and motivates the NYC Visual Team regarding all aspects of visual execution and expectations.• Oversees the Fifth Avenue Free People location and a staff of 60 associates, 5 Managers-In-Training & 6 Managers in a retail environment with a total annual volume of $8 million.

• Assume full responsibility for seasonal floor-set including interpretation, planning and execution• Allocate, manage, and balance monthly display budget through a partnership with store Display Artist that allows for the development of creative solutions that achieve visual goals while maintaining company standards • Manage/develop direct store display artist, department managers, and store associates; in the timely execution of projects, provision of a complete/outstanding customer experience, and full compliance with store operational practices, • Develop and maintain a complete sensory experience highlighting the appearance of product while simultaneously reflecting the customers’ lifestyle and interests • Maximize sales through the creation and execution of an efficient shipment processing system, thorough and proactive business analysis, and strategic product placement• Partner with Store Manager on all recruiting, hiring, and training needs of the store– preparing each individual for success and promotion.• Actively participate in regional store openings preparing stores and staff in regards to merchandise processing and placement
