Helped management develop new tactics and plans of action while expanding number of facilities and members. I also taught group fitness classes when needed (certified in AFAA)

Teaching group fitness classes, planning routines, making sure participants are save and working effectively. Had to be certified in AFAA, Mizzourec's training program (which consisted of a physical exam, tests on human biology, physics, kinesthetics, and mental aspects of fitness). Strong communication skills are required to attract more members and increase participation in the program.
