As an organisation we specialise in the provision of both long term and permanent solutions to education professionals in the ‘Garden of England’.As a Candidate Attraction Manager, my role is to provide candidates with the support required to facilitate the placement of local and international teachers and support staff in our schools. My responsibilities include:• Recruiting new candidates and building applicant capabilities from international job seekers• Mapping of the Education skills markets overseas and building a pipeline of applicants that can teach in the UK via Social media networking, building university relationships, job adverts, web enquiries, registering candidates, interviewing via Skype• Supporting the Managing Director with our strategic applicant attraction• Social Media networking using Linked in Professional and many others• Registering new candidates• Interview teachers via Skype• Ensuring all relevant documentation is received, verified and recorded to enable candidates to work compliantly in the UK• Complete Visa checks and eligibility work in UK
