Works directly with outside vendors for inspections, disbursements and documentation. Includes but not limited to: verifies accuracy, signatures, documents completed, etc. Updates information from documents provided and application to new loan in MTG system used. GL Balancing. Works directly with MLO's and borrowers to get them through the process of buying and closing on a home. Training new processors and supporting them on daily basis. Prepare loans for closing, update system with closing attorney/title companies. Upload documents to vendors for closing. Sending funds to vendor for closing, ACH, wires, checks etc. Works with builders/borrowers during the construction phase and escrow holdbacks, rehab projects and repairs. Manages all inspections, disbursements during the building time. Works directly with outside vendors to set up inspections, verify all required documentation received, review for accuracy. Manage budgets, releases and disbursements with all parties of the project/loan.

Verify documents from attorneys/title companies for accuracy, signatures, dates etc. Balances of GL's vs Closing documents/disclosures. Prepares files for loan operations and any outstanding items that need to be corrected/fixed from attorneys/title companies. Copies and delivers all sold loan files to external vendors and updates and information required in vendor systems.
