I started my career in the printing industry in 2001, while in University I took a part time job with Kinko’s Copies. I was instantly intrigued in the printing world and what it offered. Creating a unique customer experience and ensuring that clients never left the building unhappy was something I was able to exercise and learn more about. I worked my way up the ranks, wearing many hats and being a sponge by soaking up as much knowledge as I could. After 9 years with FedEx Office I knew there was more to the world than small format printing, and I wanted a piece of it! Since FedEx Office I have landed in positions dealing with clients like The White House, Nike, Under Armour, etc. The demand for retail printing and manufacturing was in full force, and we always had the answer for them. Conversing with clients who are unsure of their needs, or ones who came to me with renderings and drawings and simply needed us to produce the product, it still allowed us to create a seamless process and giving customer service on a different level. Each company I have worked for had core values, one of them being PSP (People, Service, Profit) really stood out to me. If it was managing a team of 40 people to managing multiple projects of my own, I always made sure to keep all three of these core values in mind. I am looking for a innovative company who will be able to further my knowledge, and allow me to share some of my own experiences. One that is ahead of the curve with new technology, production processes, and a “YES WE CAN” attitude never saying no to a project.
