Ms. Danielle Collin, an Environmental Professional, started Collin & Associates, LLC in 2006 as a contract environmental consulting firm. With over 20 years of environmental consulting experience, she has been able to offer affordable, high quality consulting services to the financial, insurance, and construction sectors with specialization in environmental due diligence assessments (Phase I's). Ms. Collin is familiar with all aspects of due diligence property assessments and the needs and requirements of a varied number of reporting standards including ASTM E1527-13, EPA’s All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI), Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, and customized client formats. Along with Phase I due diligence assessments, Ms. Collin’s experience also includes Property Condition Assessments, Energy Audits, various soil and groundwater sampling projects, the supervision of UST closures, regulatory and compliance audits, preparation of pollution prevention plans, HUD Noise Assessments, and asbestos, lead-based paint, and radon sampling.
