Through my internship and working as an aid with Easter Seals, I have had the opportunity to work with multiple children with with a variety of mental, emotional and physical disabilities from age four months to nine years. While I have not specialized in the education or care of the special needs population, I have had an a very educational experience with each and every individual that I have worked with. Easter Seals gave me the opportunity to attend speech, physical/occupational and group therapies with the students that I have had the pleasure of working with. I am interested in furthering my career as a preschool teacher. I thrive on the fast pace, unexpected adventures and educational experience of the children that I work with and I am very eager to get back into the educational field.
