I am currently Program Manager for the Salvation Army 's Bridgehaven Women's only Drug & Alcohol Residential Rehabilitation Program in Victoria. I have extensive experience in the management of AOD residential rehabilitation programs in Tasmania and more recently in Victoria. I have over 18 years experience in the community services sector and have gained valuable experience in leading, managing and developing people, operational improvement, managing financial resources and program review and evaluation.As a member of the Senior Leadership team in Victoria I currently provide leadership, direction and advice to residential rehabilitation programs across Victoria to ensure delivery of evidence based best practice for all AOD services in Victoria.I have completed a Graduate Certificate in Management and am working towards my MBA. I have an interest in contemporary leadership and innovative practices. I strive for excellence in the delivery of evidence based client centred practice, with a focus on supporting staff to achieve great outcomes.
