My responsibilities as a Project Team Specialist include the following:-Setting Planograms-The assembly of demo fixtures (ex. Bose and Beats headphone / mobile speaker interactive displays found in retail stores.)-Insuring visual merchandising standards, such as vendor provided advertisements and signage, are set correctly.-Testing and correcting the functionality of displayed products. (ex. Shelf displayed laptops, tablets, televisions.)-Electronic security; I am to make sure all displays are equip with proper and functional anti-theft alarms and locks.

As a Customer Service Specialist i was required to:-Process returns/exchanges-basic functionality of all electronics (ex. computers, digital cameras, cellular phones)-Sell Geek Squad Services-Perform Geek Squad services (ex. screen shield installs, HDD removal, software install/uninstall, remove malware)-Answer customer phone calls and fulfill online orders via multi-channel systems.-Provide world class customer service to every client.
