REM's Recruiting Department was formed in 2016 to support all hiring efforts for our rapidly growing group of entities. I played an influential role in the development of REM's policies, procedures and best practices, as I was hired to build and manage our human resource and talent acquisition departments. In this role I provided oversight of all HR efforts and personally carried out all Talent Acquisition strategies for REM and our sister companies. Noble Outfitters develops high-end riding apparel and equine supplies for the horse enthusiast, launching new products and styles every 6 months. As a Regional Sales Manager, I worked diligently to service 160+ accounts, in addition to cultivating business relationships with new accounts in Missouri, Kansas and Southern Illinois. In addition to monthly account visits, I organized and attended weekend events and led employee training sessions to educate both employees and customers on products leading to increased sales.As far as accomplishments go, I managed tight deadlines with a fairly new brand in an already saturated, highly competitive market. During the 3rd and 4th sales quarters of 2015, I ranked #1 in sales of overall product throughout the company. Additionally, I ranked #1 in product sales, within my region, for Spring 2016 product pre-bookings.

I was recruited to join the Admissions Team in 2012 while working as a Graduate Assistant within our Equestrian Department. Our team was looking to increase recruitment of Equestrian students so I gladly joined in to assist their efforts!While working as an Admissions Recruiter, I was tasked with the goal of increasing enrollment within the Illinois and NE Missouri territory by 20% by year 2014. Not only did I accomplish the goal set but I exceeded it in year 1, increasing enrollment by 25% in 2013 for a total increase of 29% by 2014.

During my time as a GA, I worked one-on-one with the Dean of the Equestrian Department. My main responsibility was to act as the liaison between employers and students on internships and career opportunities. Within this role I would network with employers to gain understanding of their needs in effort to pair them them with students either needing an internship or looking for career opportunities after graduation.
