Danielle's latest book, 'Beyond the Farm Gate: a culinary journey through Australia's South West' was published by Margaret River Press. This coffee table book is Western Australia’s first comprehensive book on the south west region’s local food producers and showcases the stories and recipes of farmers from Harvey through to Donnybrook, Margaret River, Nannup, Manjimup, Pemberton and Balingup. This visual feast for readers takes you on a mouth-watering journey into the heart of Western Australia’s local farming community.

Writing, researching, editing and producing this Margaret River winery’s newsletters, e-zines, brochures, website and media campaigns formed the basis of my role at Aravina Estate. I was also responsible for the graphic design and publications management of Aravina’s corporate publications for the winery, restaurant, wedding functions and gallery.
