• Build brand awareness and desirability for the Cath Kidston Brand & products via social media and content channels• Control all content & social media copy writing, managing the day-to-day content calendar across all main social channels and upholding brand tone of voice• Amplify marketing content through owned and public channels including social media• Collaborate with all marketing functions to ensure activities integrate and work multi-channel; build key relationship effectiveness• Contribute to an on-going content programme to drive community engagement, growth and commercial kpi’s like online CvR, demand traffic and offline footfall (including artwork briefs and managing external content producers such as bloggers & videographers)• Moderate UGC site content integration with partner agency, e.g. Olapic• Act as the main point of contact for Customer Services in queries around responding to social media brand & product questions• Prepare internal communications, such as blog analysis, social media kpi reports, research, competitor information, admin and any ad hoc tasks as required by the business
