My 8 years of experience, is solely in mid and high rise construction. Experience consists of field work as a finishes protection foreman, education in construction management, working as a project coordinator, and pre-construction services.Other experience includes a maintaining tracking logs for various office records, verifying and creating change orders for final approval, tracking pay applications and invoices, and submitting them for approval, managing the field office, coordinating deliveries, orders, and supply management, maintaining correspondence with subcontractors, local jurisdictions, and other parties as needed by my employer, assisting the team to achieve goals, taking on responsibilities outside my scope, and taking courses and classes to increase my ability to support my team. I love to ask questions and learn more about supporting and facilitating the needs of my team. I prefer to spend time on the job, boots on the ground, and shadowing different members of the management team with the end goal of being able to support all team members at any time. I would prefer to be in office most of the time, in this industry having eyes on the job allows you to understand what needs to happen next. I would not turn down a hybrid option, but I am not interested in remote work. I want to be able to devote my full attention to my job and be a part of a team that is making things happen.
