My role includes overseeing the operations of the eServices unit, a division of Central Operations. I manage a team of highly skilled professionals with varying responsibilities. My unit is responsible for wire transfer processing, Online Banking establishment and support, Treasury Management product implementation and support, and ACH processing. This includes, but is not limited to, customer service, Positive Pay, ACH transmission, Bill Pay fraud disputes, WSUD processing, death notification processing, certifying internal accounts, RTP, and many more. My role requires me to be knowledgeable of NACHA, Reg E, OFAC regulations, the Travel Rule, BSA, AML, SOX and several other regulations. I practice compliance mitigation and consumer protection in all my interactions. Additionally, my role serves as a primary point of contact for high level product upgrades and enhancements, working closely with vendors and senior management and regular involvement in Bank audits and fraud mitigation.
