As I round out my studies and continue my role as a project officer, I aspire to continue building on my passions, growing, and being impactful. Health, wellbeing and nutrition have been forefront passions and interests in my personal life which has guided my path throughout my studies and early career. I strongly align to the ‘7 ways to wellbeing’ and i endeavor to continue helping communities to eat well, learn, share, be active, sleep well, connect and give. Whilst completing my studies I have been proactively increasing my skillset externally, particularly through volunteering and part-time employment. Early in my third year of study, I commenced a post-graduate project officer role at the City of Port Adelaide Enfield as an undergraduate. This role has built on my skills and continues to teach me the invaluable practical experience a community development role provides. It is a pleasure to work in a team that enables me to be creative and engage in projects aligned to the ways to wellbeing, particularly surrounding ‘eat well’. As I begin exploring career development opportunities, I desire to take on new experiences and challenges to sculpt my portfolio. I am eager to transfer my learnt skills and knowledge into the evolving space of public health and nutrition.
