Helping people to feel well is my passion. My appointments are 1:1. I thoroughly enjoy working with all sorts of people by using Acupuncture or Massage to help them achieve better health. My greatest strengths are focusing intently on my clients so that I can understand what they need. I bring a sense of calmness and optimism to my treatments. I use Sports and Remedial Massage commonly for musculo-skeletal tension, whilst also keeping relaxation and my patient care levels high due to my Holistic Massage training. I practise a style of acupuncture called Five Element Acupuncture. Five Element is focused on Body- Mind- Spirit connection and treats in a very patient-specific way. My style is very gentle and I believe that having an acupuncture treatment should always feel fabulous. Facial revitalisation massage and acupuncture, and sacral-abdominal massage are therapies which I also offer. I have a special interest in acupuncture for fertility.I am a member of the Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage (ISRM) and the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC).
