As an educator at Bradley CUSD #61 and Manteno CUSD#5, I applied my master's degree in differentiated instruction to design and deliver engaging and personalized learning experiences for diverse students. With over 19 years of teaching experience, I have also developed skills in team leadership and curriculum mapping, which I use to collaborate with my colleagues and align our instructional goals and strategies. My mission is to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports the academic, social, and emotional growth of every student. I am passionate about continuous improvement and professional development, and, as I take part in my new role as an Instructional coach for Momence CUSD#1, I look to both share my knowledge and expertise with other educators, while gleaning new insight into education from 1:1 coaching experiences acros grade levels K-6.
