Used Autodesk Maya, C++, and Python to track gaits of animals from videos. The data from the gait tracking is then collected and conditioned from the tracking rigs to create an averaged run, trot, or walk cycle of the animal that can be then imported into a plug in Maya. This project is funded by the National Science Foundation and is led Timothy.
