InterVarsity Christian Fellowship is an organization focused on developing students in their Christian Faith. LaFe InterVarsity is responsible for the development and support of latine staff and students participating in the national InterVarsity Christian Fellowship. Assistant Director for LaFe Student Conference, which will convene 150 Latino/a/x students from across the nation for the first time since 2013.Responsibilities Include: - Fundraising 15 K from personal and organizational networks- Managing - Training staff on outreach - Creating marketing and promotion scripts- Program directing a Justice Track during the conference for about 75 students - Creating a curriculum of 6 sessions on topics of justice, ethnicity, and faith - Co-managing a team of 5-10 staff - Developing 5 staff in their roles and their curriculum (speakers, emcee, section leads)
