Strong experience in evaluation of Army behavioral health programs, with all aspects of evaluation including but not limited to literature searches, needs assessments, evaluation capacity building, design and implementation of research and evaluation, IRB approval, grant writing, data analysis and interpretation, use of statistical programs such as NVIVO and SPSS, manuscript writing, generating tables and graphs, briefing of results to senior leaders, and presentation of results at professional conferences.
