Provide priority to sourcing ops, production, distribution based on ship dates in accordance with incoming POs, production WIP, and shipments at the distribution facilities.Work with logistics to manage inbound receipts for priority levels and consolidation.Lead weekly meetings with retail services, distribution management and other internal departments to provide PO updates.Actively works to reduce the departments KPIs around On-Time Delivery, Fill Rates and Lead Times.

 Manages customer accounts, national vendors, internal teams, and sales representatives by informing them with product knowledge to ensure sale quotas are met. Exhibits superior oral and written communication skills with customers, acts as an extension of the sales function by taking direct orders from customers, reviewing closeout opportunities with customers. Facilitates resolution of order and quality problems. Investigates order, communicates with internal departments or external vendors and responds back to customer or sales agents regarding possible solutions. Monitor levels of inventory for fulfillment programs and provide inventory and allocation reports as requested. Teaming with all facets of production, including Product Development, Merchandising & Marketing, Buyers, Forecasting, Shipping, etc. Clients included Amazon, Kohls, Von Maur and more E-Commerce companies.

VintageKC Magazine promotes local fashion, home décor, and DIY projects through magazine articles, runway shows, and local events. • Assisted with all scheduled events; model selection, photo shoots, fashion shows and more.• Conducted cold-calling on local businesses to donate items, and sponsor fashion shows in exchange for promotion and advertising. • Leveraged social media to promote the VintageKC Fashion Show and hire show models, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. • Successfully sold over 100 tickets. • Demonstrated creativity and design solutions styling models for freelance photo shoots. • Featured in the September 2017 magazine issue. • Selected and hired vendors for a fashion show, including; hair and makeup, food, beverage, photo booth and more.
