- Responsible for managing the daily operations for the deposit products and activity of the bank.- Serve as the direct role in managing an ACH originator that generates over $7 billion in entries annually.- Eight years’ experience with various FIS products such as Horizon XE, Digital One, Consumer eBanking, eWire, and more.- Create and maintain the banks Deposit Operations procedures that include transaction processing, the ACH program, regulatory governance, teller reviews, and more.- Represent the bank for all deposit related audits & FDIC exams. This includes researching all requested items and discussions directly with the examiners and/or auditors.- Performs occasional internal audits surrounding document review, ACH, regulatory adherence, compliance, and transactions.- Manages Deposit Operations team that is responsible for the review and findings for new accounts, file maintenance, closed accounts, deposits, and withdrawals. This includes building and maintaining relationships with Branch & Deposit Operations staff.- Accountable for the banks ODFI & RDFI responsibilities. This includes oversight to the banks ACH originators to maintain risk, exposure limits, confirm returns & NOCs were handled timely, conduct audits to confirm accurate use of Standard Entry Class (SEC) codes, and proper posting of all received ACH files.- Maintain knowledge to adhere with all regulatory requirements and changes in the industry across the deposit and compliance aspects.- Well versed in the banking payments rails such as wires, ACH, instant payments, Zelle, Venmo, checks, and card.
