Office Manager
Current• Programme Management - managing the organisation of key calls for the team including minute taking.• Managing the office overseeing health and safety, cleaning, equipment function, supplies and incoming and outgoing postage including international deliveries• Managing the team’s computer inventory and resolving or directing IT issues.• Responsible for incoming correspondence to team (both to office and email).• Logistical arrangements for UK meetings and events.• Maintaining the team’s main repository for information, organising and updating• Handling visa applications, checks on passport, driving licences, race licences and other necessary documentation for team members.• Responsible for ensuring new staff set up with the relevant email, phone number and IT equipment to do their job.• Management of IT and Facilities budget.• Monthly audit of the teams’ phone bill.• Reconciliation of taxi invoices to team events.• Lead for the IT projects and office projects (maintenance and office moves)• Supporting team events where necessary.• Admin support for Senior Management team and for the team’s other operational bases.
