Succeeded in completing offshore transfer to schedule while saving ~£500k.When Serco’s Finance team needed improve performance and delivery, as Senior FCM, I transformed finance function, targeting >3.8 rating. I noted function was overloaded and unable to gain >1.9 WLB score. I reviewed tasks and remediation work, evaluated reports and tasks by role, deploying improvements and removed inefficient processes and reduced volume of reports produced.
