Reporting to the Director of Behavioral Health, I lead three teams that include senior market (Medicare Advantage), care navigation, and complex case management and wraparound services for serious mental illness and substance use disorder for children, adolescents, and adults. Direct reports include team leads, case managers, and care navigators. Our goal is to create equity and accessibility for behavior healthcare while improving outcomes, and thus reducing medical spend. I also manage operationalizing these programs, including hiring and developing my teams, fostering collaboration within the organization and with our external organizational partners, and developing the workflows and processes necessary for our work to be successful. I am accountable to meeting the key performance indicators for each program under my supervision.Additionally, I am responsible for continuing to initiate, innovate, and operationalize programming that improves cost of care savings via driving positive outcomes for members.

Managed a team of 40 therapy providers across five states to ensure deliverables were met, and provided clinical guidance and oversight. Created and launched value-based care in new markets as part of an interdisciplinary team, based upon the Collaborative Care Model. This included creating workflows, training, and quality assurance metrics, providing clinical oversight, fostering primary care and behavioral health integration, and project management. I also wrote mental health blogs for the Babylon website and social media, as well as provided direct therapy services.

Neuropsychological and psychological testing for individuals with traumatic brain injury and dementia, supervision of interns, data analysis, report writing, and outpatient counseling, specifically, pain-management therapy.Evaluations included administration of IQ tests, personality inventories, tests of memory and/or executive function, aphasia, concentration/attention, and malingering.
