Associate Project Manager
Current- Develop and maintain project timelines/milestones, cost estimates, and deliverables. Create and administer project plans/schedules in MS Project.- Communicate directly with customers to align timing plans, share schedule risk information, and escalate critical issues- Drive engineering and manufacturing activities through launch, with special focus on critical path tasks, to ensure customer satisfaction and Link objectives are met- Lead a cross-functional team to identify, understand, and mitigate risks to project timing, product cost, quality, and reliability- Lead review meetings of open projects and drive actions as required to meet project goals- Maintain the job within the Scope of Work, on time, and on budget. Create and maintain project documentation. Report on project status to all levels of management as needed- Obtain quotes from riggers and contractors and manage to completion of work (e.g. Mechanical, Rigging, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, and Civil work)- Drive resolution of project concerns related to engineering, performance, cost, timing, manufacturing, supply base etc.- Interface with the customer, contractors, and Link team in the field during project installations
