CurrentManage administrative support services for over 100 educators, faculty, and staff and for an elementary school with a population of nearly 700 students and staff combined.• Organize office activities and coordinate flow of communications and assure smooth and efficient office operations on a local and district-wide level while adhering to policies and procedures.• Disseminate information on district policies and procedures via verbal, and email correspondence.• Handle logistics and act as a point of reference on campus for administrators, educators, and staff.• Prepare for the new school year. Coordinate and oversee student registration activities, assist with studentclassroom placement, and assure overflow students are transferred to appropriate schools.• Manage registration information using the Student Information System (Synergy).• Prepare and maintain a wide variety of data, records, and reports according to established procedures and timelines.• Manage database systems, prepare a variety of documents including forms, flyers, schedules, newsletters, and handbooks using MS Forms/Microsoft Office Suite.• Maintain a variety of calendars and schedules using MS Outlook.• Coordinate and participate in school fundraising activities.
