As the Communications Director for Cornerstone, one of the fastest-growing churches in America, my role involves overseeing all internal and external communications. This includes managing various areas such as social media, email marketing, branding, videos, graphics, mobile apps, software, and websites. I also lead a team comprised of graphic designers, marketing specialists, video producers, and national marketing contractors.In my position, I am responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that encompass national and local email, text, SEO, retargeting, and online/social campaigns. As the Communication Director, I also serve as the art director, providing guidance and direction for design and video projects to ensure they align with our brand and message strategy. Additionally, I manage timelines for approximately 150 creative projects per month.

During my involvement with Unlikely Heroes, a remarkable non-profit dedicated to rescuing children from the horrors of trafficking, I had the honor of assuming a temporary leadership role while the founder took a brief sabbatical. Guided by the organization's unwavering mission and driven by a shared passion for social change, I eagerly stepped into this vital role. Over the course of six months, I embraced the challenge of upholding the organization's values and objectives, overseeing operations, and collaborating with a dedicated team of individuals committed to making a tangible difference in the lives of these vulnerable children.

As the Executive Director of The Father's House Church, a large non-profit, my role encompassed a range of responsibilities, from streamlining business operations to implementing comprehensive communication and fundraising strategies. My position required close collaboration with the pastors and directors of all our ministries and departments. I played a pivotal role in developing comprehensive business plans and executing new processes and policies to drive growth. Additionally, I was responsible for overseeing our marketing and creative teams, focusing on communication and marketing campaigns, as well as brand strategy, to ensure brand and message cohesiveness. During my tenure, I initiated three fundraising events that annually brought in hundreds of thousands of dollars. These events continue to run successfully today, attracting over 30,000+ attendees.

I led the successful launch of a non-profit fitness gym, overseeing staff, marketing, customer relations, brand management, and growth strategies. My role involved assembling and managing a dedicated team, developing effective marketing strategies, and fostering strong customer relationships. I implemented innovative growth initiatives and ensured a compelling brand presence in the market. This experience has honed my leadership, marketing, and business development skills in the non-profit fitness industry.

As a dedicated Special Education Paraeducator, I have the privilege of supporting and assisting students with diverse learning needs. In this crucial role, I work closely with classroom teachers and special education professionals to provide personalized assistance and accommodations to students. I create a nurturing and inclusive environment where every student feels valued and empowered to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. With patience, empathy, and strong communication skills, I collaborate with individual students and small groups to reinforce lessons, develop learning strategies, and promote independent learning. By providing necessary accommodations and modifications, I help students overcome challenges and reach their full potential. Being a Special Education Paraeducator is not just a job for me; it is a deeply rewarding experience where I make a positive impact on the lives of exceptional students every day.
