The experiences we have in life shape how we view things. The lessons we learn in those experiences can be a guiding light for our purpose. I can say without a doubt that the biggest lesson I learned in life... time is short, so don't take it for granted. I've been told my whole life I got my father's creative ability... who got his mother's creative ability. Combining my biggest life lesson, time is short, with my creative side has led me to where I stand today. In high school I began teaching myself... in my spare time after my homework was done... web design, coding, and graphics. Fast forward a number of years, a few forks in the path of my life, and here I am. I passionately spend time on the computer working away on things that my creative brain thrives on. The logical side of my brain keeps my creative side in check, making sure I get things done rather than digitally craft things all day long. My journey so far in life has been filled with educational moments. Learning to stand up for myself, and learning to find something I enjoy in life. So much in fact that I don't even notice I'm working. I've also learned that I love to help people learn new things and do amazing things. Everything from Photography, to coding, web design, graphic design, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and InDesign, video editing with Premier Pro and social media are all in a fun days work for me. Can't forget to mention HTML, CSS, Javascript, WordPress, and branding businesses too. As they say, do what you love.
