Current* Developing, instituting, and maintaining a hospitality training program, all staff training programs and new hire training program. * Developing and maintaining training and re-training for current departmental SOPs with each champion for the SOP's.* Collaborates with staff development manager to utilize PIER mentors, leads, and managers for training execution (Train the trainer).* Collaborates with staff development and staffing manager to create assessment program for training areas. * Communicates with the team on specific promotions that are relevant. Shares and makes sure all positions are aware and trained accordingly.* Managing Team's; meets with team on a monthly basis (at least 10 times per year) to review GMT, training status, assessments, and continued development. While highlighting wins and coaching on opportunities as needed. * Works as the support for the staff support manager for employee recognition, office administration, time & attendance, and payroll.
