In my current position as Editorial Director at StayWell, I am responsible for directing a team of writers, editors, subject matter experts, media producers and instructional designers to develop engaging programs and position our clients as thought leaders. My last project was developing an online patient compliance solution to help bridge the gap among healthcare providers, patients and family caregivers.

As a Sr. Development Editor, I managed $41 million in print and multimedia health care education products annually. I also drove new and revision signings of $27.5 million by analyzing market opportunities, providing content strategy, building author partnerships and determining budgets and costs. In this position, I supervised a staff of 3-5 in-house and 10+ freelance editors/vendors to effectively develop content and provide project management for assigned products. I also worked closely with subject matter experts and authors to help guide the implementation of their visions.
