As a director and a lecturer, I combine my expertise in integrative counseling with my passion for teaching and mentoring. I run my own private practice, where I offer a safe and non-judgmental environment for clients to explore their feelings and emotions, using various therapeutic approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. I also teach counseling skills at Warrington & Vale Royal College, where I share my knowledge and experience with aspiring counselors and help them develop their competencies and confidence.I hold a master degree in counselling from the University of Salford, where I graduated in 2022. I have also completed a foundation degree in counselling from Staffordshire University in 2020. I have multiple certifications and publications in the field of mental health care, psychotherapy, and counselling. I am committed to continuous learning and professional development, and I regularly attend workshops and seminars to keep up with the latest trends and best practices in the industry.
