Perform blood draws on a wide demographic of patients. Explain the process to patients, collect & process urine & blood samples using two patient identifiers. Input patient information to computer system and provide accurate information for billing needs. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Stock items when needed and watch over inventory.

Maintain a healthy working environment for all employees through quarterly assessments. Hire and train new employees. Create and send out the schedule for each new week of work, inventory of all items needed to keep each site running, order from multiple suppliers each week, stock, make drinks for customers, provide excellent customer service, take care of daily monetary gains, separate out tips for each employee based on hours worked per week.

Manage calendar, appointments, and projects as needed for the Campus Pastor. Prepare and manage communications including emails, letters, summaries, articles, and proposals. Assist in helping Adult Ministry leaders cast SBC Vision, Mission, and Values. Attend meetings, record and distribute minutes, and provide necessary follow-up. Assist in preparing and managing budgets monthly for ministry leads to review. Process check requests, schedule rooms for meetings, coordinate any corresponding technical needs, food service requests, childcare, and ordering supplies for all leaders. Recruit, train, build and supervise volunteers for office work, special projects, data entry, and events.
