Customer Service Representative
Current- Maintain systems and relationships that meet customer demand forecast, as well as other databasesrelated to shipments and inventory management
- Inform customers about order status, invoices, contract balances and other information needed tocomplete the sale
- Execute customer service strategies via phone call, email, and Salesforce
- Provide support to improvement projects and commitments for customer service practices andprocedures
- Demonstrate knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and other CRM tools
