About Danielle Downey

In 2009 I took my first yoga teacher training course in Neyyar Dam India, following my course I opened my yoga studio in Hamilton Ontario. As a yoga teacher I helped people heal using mindfulness, breathing and physical yoga postures. In 2019 I temporarily closed my business because I decided to go back to school to become a Registered Massage Therapist. I’m so happy I’m taking the steps to further my education. I have deepened my knowledge of human anatomy and physiology. After I graduate, I will have even more skills to help clients reduce their stress and relieve their pain.
