Up Until October 2019, I was the Head of Research at Hi-Tech Recruitment . Since then, I was promoted to Candidate Consultant. Besides Business Development , I am involved in the Full Recruitment Cycle .My role requires good Project Management and Research capabilities. I generally complete 2x projects a week.I do everything from promoting and advertising various vacancies through social media and job boards, responding to enquiries and adverts (both telephonically and by email) , screening relevant candidates as well as assisting in the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with candidates and internal teams. I am also involved in setting up interviews between my candidates and client , prepping candidates sufficiently for their interviews as well as debriefing and supporting candidates , amongst many other things.I strive to maintain great customer excellence ,through all engagements throughout and after the recruitment process. My candidates needs are always my top priority. I strive to build and maintain great professional relationships.My role is to actively source and contribute towards specified targets ( whilst keeping the company revenue a top priority)

I was contacted earlier in the year to assist the recruitment department by fulfilling an administrative function. My term at Gulf was on a part time basis until the recruitment department was up to date

I conducted research for the Dept of Psychiatry at Groote Schuur Hospital.
